A briefing connects the planned activity with local conditions and the group. Published rules may also apply to access, protected areas and particular activities. A general diving qualification does not replace those local requirements.
Keep questions concrete: where is the activity permitted, which zone is involved, and what has changed recently? Use the responsible authority’s current information for rules and the local team for the day’s operating arrangements.
