The idea
A learning website cannot establish your medical fitness to dive. Use the screening process required by your course provider, and discuss health or medication questions with a suitably qualified clinician. Give accurate information rather than guessing what answer will allow a booking to proceed.
Physical preparation is also specific to the activity. Carrying equipment, moving on a boat and swimming can place different demands on a person. Tell the provider about accessibility or assistance needs early so that the actual arrangements can be discussed before the course.
