The idea
Rental equipment can help you discover how different sizes and designs feel before committing to a purchase. Ask the provider what is supplied and whether you need any personal items. Record the model and size of equipment that fits comfortably so you can discuss it later.
Fit is individual. A matching colour scheme or a large discount does not establish that equipment suits you. If something feels wrong, raise it with the instructor or rental provider rather than trying an improvised modification. Keep owner-level care separate from technical servicing.
